Our products are digital and available for immediate delivery and download. Because of this, we don't allow any refund unless the product doesn't work as intended or the customer purchased the same product twice.

If the product doesn't work as intended, proofs of the bug(s) must be provided in the form of screen capture(s), be it video or image files.

By purchasing our products you are agreeing that refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of SampleScience and that all decisions made by SampleScience are final.

We advise checking the software/hardware requirements required to use the products (provided on the product page) before purchase; the customer bears the responsibility to have the knowledge required to use the product.

We are unable to offer refunds if you have already downloaded your product and;

  • Change your mind.
  • Have the wrong hardware/software for the product.
  • Have insufficient knowledge/know-how to use the product.
  • The product doesn’t work due to pirated and illegally downloaded software.
