Q: I installed the plugin but when I load it in my DAW all I see is a "no instruments loaded" message. What can I do to fix this?

A: You need to copy both the .dll and .instruments folder in your VST plugin directory. Both files must be in the same folder in order for the plugin to load its sounds and display its GUI (Graphical User Interface).

Q: I bought one of your product but I didn't get any files. What happened?

A: When you purchase a product on our website, you'll be automatically redirected to the product's files hosted on Gumroad. If, for some reasons, you didn't get the files immediately, check your email inbox or spam box for your receipt email with the download link in it called "View product". We recommend that you create a Gumroad account as a backup for your purchased products.

Q: I purchased one of your plugins but it doesn't appear in Logic Pro. Why?

A: Restart your Mac, and it should appear. Also, make sure the plugin you purchased is compatible with the macOS version you're using. If the plugin is macOS High Sierra compatible, it'll most likely won't work in lower versions of macOS. Before purchase, check the requirements for the plugin you want to make sure it's compatible with your macOS version.

Q: Do your plugins work well in LMMS?

A: Only on the latest beta version 1.2 and up. It won't work in the lower versions of LMMS.

Q: Do your plugins work on Windows XP?

A: No. You'll need at least Windows 7.

Q: Do you respect the GDPR laws?
